(We/us/the company/Bondhu) all represents the Bondhu Home Delivery Services. A (user/customer) represents a person who has visited our website or installed our application, and is willing to access our services.

As the primary consent, a user has to accept all the terms and conditions of using Bondhu website (https://www.bondhuonline.com/) and mobile application (Bondhu) to avail our services. If a user doesn't agree to these terms of use, then the user should not use our website or application. By installing our (Bondhu) application or visiting the Bondhu website, a user shall be initiating a legally binding contract with Bondhu and consents to abide by the T&C as posted in our system and amended from time to time. Users shall be notified about any upcoming change in existing terms and conditions in advance.

Users shall not try to exploit or harm Bondhu’s platform, and shall not try to acquire any data not limited to: related to our services, business model, future plans, user data, transactions, and internal communication illegally, unethically or without authority. Otherwise, Bondhu shall opt for legal action against such activities.

Bondhu Home Delivery Services considers user’s data privacy and security as our top priority of responsibility to offer our users in parallel to the service offerings through our website and mobile application. We collect and store user data for service delivery purposes, when a user signs up or updates their profile on our platform. However, we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of any personal information of our users with proper measures. We never misuse, sell or share user data with any third party for monetary benefits. In any unfortunate user data leakage due to cyber attack or any bug in the system, Bondhu shall not be responsible and the user can’t demand any loss repayment for the same.

Once received, Bondhu shall try to fulfill an order immediately through delivery partners. The customer’s convenience is our utmost concern and we follow all necessary processes to ensure smooth delivery of service. However, Bondhu shall not be responsible for any unwanted circumstances (not limited to quality of product, missing items in an order, untrackable customer’s address, impolite behavior of delivery partner, major delay in delivery, etc). If a customer lodge any complaint through our helpline or email, we shall enquire and take the initiative to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If the same is found correct, Bondhu shall support the customer unconditionally.

Users can’t cancel a restaurant order as 5 minutes elapses after placing it. Before that period, the user could cancel an order and there shall not be any deductions of the amount paid (if any). For the rest of the order types, Bondhu might provide cancellation of an order under special situations with full or partial refund (if paid while placing the order) or demand cancellation charges (for pay on delivery order type) as per applicable. Any refund shall be processed within 4-7 business days.

A user authorizes Bondhu to proceed Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) as per Income tax Act 1961, where applicable, and all other applicable taxes (not limited to delivery charges) from the amount paid or remitted to the user. Bondhu shall raise tax invoices containing all particulars as recommended under Goods and Service Tax (GST) 2017.

Bondhu doesn’t make any representation or warranty as to the particulars of an item (not limited to legal product title, manufacturing information, product quality, product origin, etc) of any of the merchants. Bondhu neither produces any product nor stores any low quality product to deliver them to customers. Handling of product related issues has been mentioned in the Obligation of Services section.

Bondhu may refuse to provide service to a customer at any time due to high traffic in our system or any other issue. Bondhu may or may not notify the exact reason to the customer in such cases.

If a customer’s service requesting behavior is found doubtful or fake, the customer might be terminated

All the terms and conditions are extensible and any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Sivasagar only.

Bondhu reserves its right to alter or withdraw or extend any offers and/or promotions at any time without giving any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
